这是阿联酋DUBAI的一位富豪自建在沙漠上的私人VILLA，男主人Mohanmo是伊朗人，在迪拜经商多年并有着显赫的身份，女主人是一位画家，性格随和而热情。首次去迪拜时，Mohanmo接待我们去到世界各国的高端餐厅及帆船酒店等高端场所感受了当地美食与文化。他说，希望我们能玩得开心才能更好的帮他做好设计，这也许就是老外的待客之道吧！Mohanmo的姐姐生活在贵族家庭，言行举止都透着贵族气息，被邀请去到她家做客时，没有伊斯兰人的习俗，据她介绍说Mohanmo会经常去到中国了解一些文化，所以她主动跟我们握手并揭开了面纱。 --Jimi Chou

This is the private VILLA built in the desert by a wealthy man in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The owner, Mohanmo, is an Iranian who has been doing business in Dubai for many years and has a prominent status. The mistress is an easygoing and warm-hearted painter. On our first visit to Dubai, Mohanmo took us to high-end restaurants and sailing hotels around the world to experience local cuisine and culture. He said, I hope we can have fun to better help him do a good design, this may be a foreigner's hospitality bar! Mohanmo's sister, who lives in a noble family and behaves like an aristocrat, has no Islamic custom when invited to her home. According to her, Mohanmo often goes to China to learn about some culture, so she offered to shake our hands and lift her veil. - Jimi Chou

结合迪拜的本土风情与文化，围绕“高雅热情”为主题，体现高雅略带迪拜豪气的感觉，这个项目的设计需要更多的体现主人的身份。吸取了迪拜神秘与多元化元素，既不过分张扬，而又恰到好处地把雍容典雅之气渗透到每个角落，既突出房子本身的自然优势又适当彰显业主的个人品味。Combined with the local customs and culture of Dubai, around the"Elegant passion" as the theme, reflect the feeling of elegance with a sense of pride in Dubai, the design of this project needs to reflect the identity of the host more. Absorbed the mysterious and diversified elements of Dubai, not too much publicity, but the right grace and elegance of the gas permeated to every corner, both highlight the natural advantages of the house itself and appropriately highlight the owner's personal taste.

一层设有家厅大客厅及餐厅，男接待厅、女接待厅、接待餐厅、Swimming pool、Spa、Barbecue等功能，二层主要为家庭私人空间。本项目是FDD首个从建筑到室内、到材料软装供应等一条龙服务的国外项目，也是国内少有开创一带一路的设计出口市场的设计机构。 The first floor has a large living room and dining room, male reception hall, Female Reception Hall, reception restaurant, Swimming pool, Spa, Barbecue and other functions, the second floor is mainly for the family private space. This project is the first one-stop service of FDD from construction to interior, to material supply and so on. It is also one of the few Belt and Road design export agencies in China.

中空的客厅，运用优雅的蓝色搭配香槟色镜钢的点缀，加上简单却不失豪华的家具，赋予了室内空间的温馨典雅元素，充分体现业主的高贵热情。而餐厅背景墙运用了米黄的文化石，简单带点艺术感，加上蜡烛的点缀，无不体现女主人的艺术气质。The hollow living room, using elegant blue with champagne mirror steel ornament, coupled with simple but luxurious furniture, gives the indoor space warm and elegant elements, fully reflect the owner's noble passion. And the background wall of the restaurant used beige culture stone, simple with a bit of artistic sense, plus the ornament of candles, all reflect the artistic temperament of the hostess.

私人空间的设计充分利用每一寸空间的同时，却不失大气，在选色上，自然的柔和色彩，点缀些许鲜艳色调，不但丰富了的室内空间表情，还体现业主高贵典雅的品味。The design of the private space makes full use of every inch of space while not losing atmosphere. On the color selection, natural soft colors are interspersed with some bright colors, which not only enrich the expression of the interior space, also reflects the owner's noble and elegant taste.迪拜位于阿拉伯半岛中部、波斯湾南岸，是海湾地区中心，与南亚次大陆隔海相望，被誉为海湾的明珠。
